All meats are Midwestern choice steaks that we hand-cut on premise. All produce is delivered fresh daily. Our culinary trained team prepares all sauces and soups from scratch. All dinners include Hudson's signature hot popovers with strawberry butter, a family style Caesar salad made with baby romaine hearts, fresh cut vegetable tray, and a choice of a gigantic one pound baked potato, homemade mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or garlic steak fries.
